Return Process

You have 14 days to return products

The returns process requires two simple steps:

1. Return the relevant products to a store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging

2. Carry the relevant invoice

Please note that the duration is in accordance to the relevant applicable laws in your country, and in case of offers, special conditions are to be applied.

 

How to return an item online: 

1-Request to return the item through email contact@twenty3official.com. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order Number: [Order Number]
  • Item(s) to Return: Clearly state the name and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Reason for Return: Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your return, as it helps us understand and improve our products and services.

Return Period: Please note that returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any requests received after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Return Authorization: Upon receiving your return request email, our customer support team will review your request and provide you with the necessary information if your return is eligible within the specified return period. 

 

There are some cases where it is difficult for us to support return:

  • If the return is requested over the time frame which is 14 days  for defective or non-conforming products from the day of receipt.
  • If the product is used, damaged or not in the same condition that you received it.
  • Any product that has been used.
  • Anything missing from the package you received including price tags, stickers, original packaging and accessories.
